My everyday Smoothie has become a staple in my diet. I like to drink it for breakfast so I know that no matter what else happens that day, my body has received a large dose of vitamins, minerals, and protein. Not only that, but starting your day with a nutrient rich meal can improve brain function, focus, and ward of cravings later in the day. I love this recipe so matcha! If you are looking for a cold refreshing treat then look no further. This is the perfect treat on a hot summer day. If you enjoy green tea then this is a “must try” recipe for you. It’s also healthy! No added sugars or creams. The frozen bananas give it a creamy ice cream like texture.
