Cookie dough, we all know it's amazing but we also know we're not supposed to eat it until the dough has actually been cooked. Well... not anymore! This cookie dough is made to be eaten RAW! YAY! We made this dough with MRM Raw Organic Sacha Inchi Superfood Powder so it tastes like peanut butter and chocolate chip cookie dough- delicious and nutritious, and totally indulgent without the guilt that usually accompanies such foods.

This is our take on a traditional Thai Peanut Sauce and we used our Sacha Inchi Powder to get the rich flavor of roasted peanuts. Using the Sacha Inchi Powder ups all of the health benefits- including a bit of a protein boost!
