Chicken wings… essentially meat on a stick, which is, as we all know, one of the greatest ways to eat meat. The only downside- wings tend to be on the less healthy side. They’re usually fried and covered in fake and sugary sauces, but not this time! These turmeric and mesquite spiced wings are grilled and seasoned with delicious spices and superfoods paired with a healthy and amazingly tasty dipping sauce. Who loves pasta and meatballs!? All of us get that occasional craving for a big bowl of pasta but what do you do when you want to make it "healthy"? There are some tricks to making lighter dishes instead of the traditional pastas that are high in carbs and fat. Using zucchini as your pasta is an amazing way to get that thick noodle like consistency without all the carbs. This dish is extremely refreshing and light, but still able to fill you up and keep you satiated. Here is a lovely Black Rice bread loaf, made with less flour than normal and amped up in superfood benefits by replacing that flour with our Sprouted Black Rice Powder.
