This is a recipe for both pizza dough, and a fully topped pizza. You can make each together for a full recipe, or you can use just the dough recipe and top with your own preferred toppings or just use the ingredients for the toppings of the pizza on your favorite pizza crust. The dough recipe makes 6-8 individual pizza doughs. Those you don't use can be kept in the fridge for up to three days, and in the freezer for up to a month. Pizza infused with loads of flavor and superfood boosts, how could you go wrong?

Time to get FRYerd up for this recipe! Most of us enjoy fast food fries but let's be real, they aren't exactly the healthiest choice because they are deep fried in oil. For a healthy alternative try baking them with spices and breadcrumbs paired with a delicious creamy aioli that you will have you and your friends coming back for more!

Chicken wings… essentially meat on a stick, which is, as we all know, one of the greatest ways to eat meat. The only downside- wings tend to be on the less healthy side. They’re usually fried and covered in fake and sugary sauces, but not this time! These turmeric and mesquite spiced wings are grilled and seasoned with delicious spices and superfoods paired with a healthy and amazingly tasty dipping sauce. You can’t go wrong- healthy, flavorful, unique, and a tested crowd favorite.

These turmeric and cod fish tacos are a perfect summer recipe, they're light enough so they don't weigh you down but substantial enough to fill you up and keep you full!
